Coach for Artists and Makers | Creativity for Wellbeing
Creativity Coaching Plan
This three month program is designed to access the power of your creative practice.
Service Description
Creativity coaching places an emphasis on your unique process of making art. You may or may not be aware of your artistic process. You have a very specific way of how you go about making the work you do and why. Understanding this process can help clear the obstacles, tame the inner critic and create understanding of why you do what you do. If you are stuck in your work, not making work, thinking too much about not making work, procrastinating, and the inner critic has control of the dialogue in your head, it might be time to work with a mentor. It happens to all of us, it happens to me. Placing a time commitment on coaching creates a positive forward-moving container for our work together. You will receive 10 coaching sessions, between 45-60 min in duration, online, in person, by phone or on a walk. If you have studio space, we could meet there. You will also have access to articles, exercises and resource lists that will help you to explore and expand your journey. I will be available for you by email for questions, resources, support and accountability. We will begin our work through visioning, a process that helps you to access your desired state of being. From this work, we will glean what is most important to you and can have the most impact right away on your creative life. Set up a free consultation to chat about this program. Let's tailor a program that works for you!
